***** Manager

I was at PnP pay bottle at Protea Glen Mall , there was two cashiers operating , when the 3rd one join l was 1st on the queue and l told l have to queue on the existing queue ..when l tried to reason with the manager Precioius Ngonyama she was a disaster and clear has no idea of the retail general rule...in short sh e was unprofessional and had poor management s****s...l didn't force myself into an queue ..l started a new queue ...the security was even worse ...PnP must respect it customer ..lm really disappointed in this digust service
