Morning just want to share - Understanding of Customer Services vs Zero Understanding. I bought brown rolls from Pick and Pay Douglasdale and want to exchange them for white rolls. Had my slip etc. The manager on duty Temba Nelson refused. So I went to the Buzz Pick and Pay and the manager Terence exchanged them immediately. I spend on average about R3000 a month at Douglasdale Pick and Pay for the last 18 years. Guess I will take my business somewhere else....
