More workers on the till

On the 5th of November my 2 year old daughter and I went to the pick and pay in diepkloof square, to purchase 4 items ,naturally we joined the express queue that stretched across the shop to the vegetable section . Upon carful observation we realised that out of the 16 tills only 5 were stationed with workers .this action caused us to spend almost two hours in the shop . When we asked the manager we were told that there is nothing she could do as most of the staff was booked off or on leave . Regular shoppers said this is a usually happens especially on busy month end days in fact one shopper said we are lucky to find that manny tills Woking on the day this was by far the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had
