More than an hour no delivery

I placed an order via Mr D app at 11:18 order was accepted. Now I wait more than 60 minutes for the delivery at 12:28 I called they telling me about delays at the shop which mean that I still gotta wait another 60 minutes to get my order.

No one bothered to call me I had to call them by myself and do a follow up with them. Even the agent that answered the call didn't even had the sense of urgency I told her that I'm gonna log a complain she was so OK about it knowing that they won't action it. That's the worst service I'm getting should have ordered with checkers since it's closer and they never disappoint me they value us as their clients
