More than 1 week no refund from ASAP pick n pay

I ordered things online, on ASAP app, the app deducted money from my account but didn't send order number. I immediately called their call centre, they refused to call me back but assured me that my money will be refunded in 48 hours. After not getting my refund I emailed them, and their response was that the bank will refund and it will disappear from my statement.

More than 1 week on , 4 emails following up i still don't have my refund. They have started ignoring my emails.
