Monopolizing products

I have logged this issue previously with PnP, and it seems to get worse. We are regular buyers of buttermilk. The PnP in Irene stopped stocking the Douglasdale brand. When I complained, I was referred to the home brand which, according to head office, is of superior quality. Nonsense. It is full of flavorants, colorants and thickeners. IT IS NOT REAL BUTTERMILK. Now I see there is only homebrand and Danone on the shelf. So Dewfresh has also been moved out. Do not lie and say your product is of good quality when it clearly is not. And do not take away customers freedom of choice

So I get the call from the branch. PnP has discontinued all other brands. Only the monopolizing stock is kept. Clients have no freedom of choice. And the fact that the asked for lines was good sellers, only proves the fact that monopoly is allowed to exist.
