Money withdrawal

I went to pick n pay this Morning to withdrew R300 I had no card with so I have to go there to withdraw the Money when I get there, the cashier told me that they don't have money I asked her that the whole pick n pay she said yes and called her supervisor Buhle, Buhle refused to speak to me she just shouted that there is no money there is nothing she can do she didn't even asked the money I wanted. I went to another who was sitting there he was so helpful. Unfortunately pick n pay stuff they don't have their name tack.I new Buhle's name because I have asked for it.
