Money taken off my account but no delivery and no feedback

I tried to place an order on Pick n Pay clothing online last week Monday 28th August. The verification of my payment went off and the money left my account. However, the website kicked me out and I couldn't process my order further. I have not received an email confirmation of my order, I have also not received any of my items. I have tried to follow up with Pick n pay by logging a ticket, and sending an email and I have had no response. Right now, I am at a loss of almost R4 000.00 with no response from Pick n pay and no way to follow up. I have two reference numbers of my "logged tickets" but no one is getting back to me. It has been a week with no answers.

My two useless reference numbers are: 534514 and 536187

I just want the clothes I ordered or my money back!
