Money making scheme ****

I had one item not delivered the guy delivering my item ask me to pay him petrol money to go fetch the missing order ,when I told him I dont have money he made me drive atleast 10 kilos to fetch the bottle that was with him the whole time ,his name is david ,I tried support email but clearly you guys are money making scheme you have no value for customer I will also be making charges to pick n pack to remove you guys for whatever contract you have with them...
