Money Hungry Supplier

<p>On Thursday, 22 December 2016, I purchased a lettuce at Pick 'n Pay, Wilropark.</p> <p>When I arrived home and opened the packaging, I noticed that the base of the lettuce had literally been cut with a knife. </p> <p>Having examined this product and upon close scrutiny, I am of the opinion that the lettuce's head was intentionally cut off with a knife, obviously due to it having started to rot and decay as a lettuce is prone to do. This product was repacked together with a smaller one and resold at normal retail price again.</p> <p>A customer would normally expect to be provided with fresh produce for the already inflated prices that are being charged</p>
