Money disappeared

Deeply disappointed with the service received from Pick n Pay Tokai. My grandmother went there to withdraw money and from the R1000 she only received R600. We have personally counted it(separate parties) and it only comes to R600. Basically they say because they have footage that it was given to her case closed. It basically defames her character.. something we will not accept
