MONEY DISAPEAR FROM CART
ON THE 18/10/214 M SMART POINTS BALANCE WAS WORTH R408.06. ON THE 23/01/2015 MY SMART POINTS BALANCE WERE R416.34. THEN SUDDENLY ON THE 13/03/2015 MY SMART POINTS BALANCE WAS R218.86. THE WAS A MISSING AMOUNT OF R197.48 WE COMPLAIN AND EMAIL ALL THE INFO TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT IT SEEMS TO ME THERE IS PEOPLE THAT SITS AT OFFICE FOR THE MONEY AND NOT TO HELP SOLVE PROBLEMS ... WARNING ...!! CHECK YOUR SLIPS AND KEEP IT THERE IS ****** OUT THERE.
