Money back for late delivery

I placed an order on the ASAP app on Friday and wanted it to be delivered same day but it was delivered the next day, when I called I was told to return it to the store for my refund as I didn't need the package anymore.... I did that and was told to call customer care for my refund but till today I haven't received my money back but the store received their products. Why mist there be so much admin with me getting my refund but when you order the transaction is so easy. I am not happy with their service 😒 😑 🙄
