Molt in Pick n Pay Maize Meal

Just in 3 weeks time the maize meal I bought from Pick n Pay Lakeside has gone bad, literally finding a blackish rock-like molt at the bottom of the sack. To think that we've been eating this really gives me goose bumps, nowonder am having flu now. People, we are going to die, seriously.
