Moldy Yogurt - PNP brand

Lodged a complaint on my PNP yogurt that was moldy was advised the compliant was closed and they would refund my PNP card with 3000 points to reimburse me - no date no points allocated and I have followed up on numerous occasions - Tired to pay money to these corporations and their products are of poor quality - reference ***
