Moldy food

I was at the Pick n Pay in Genesis Fairmount today and bought a block of PnP Mozzarella cheese. I just picked up the block of cheese and went to the counter. While I was waiting in line I just happened to turn the block of cheese over and there was a whole lot of green mold on block of cheese! So I asked for the manager and all she did was take the cheese and offer to get me a new. If this was a once off incident I may understand but this is the 2nd time this has happened to me a Pick n Pay. The previous time I found maggots in my groceries! Very very very poor from PnP
