Moldy burgers

In May I purchased burgers at the Observatory branch and got home to find it was moldy, my daughter 5 and I was taking off the plastic and she was totally disgusted and still doesn't want to touch burgers. I then put in a complaint and after a few weeks someone called and didn't even have the decency to apologize just to take the burgers back and get a refund. That service was pathetic and it was a health and safety issue that was basically just swept under the carpet.
