Moldy and bad Biltong Mix

I have send more than 6 emails regarding a moldy and rotten/bad product bought at PnP Viljoenskroon when passing threw the town back home, but up to date received no feedback or refund.

My email regarding a moldy and bad/rotten Biltong Mix packet bought at PnP Viljoenskroon on 23 June 2024 was not followed up and no apology and refund given, instead this is the feedback via email received every time I mailed and asked about this matter:
