Mold on grated chees

I send one of my team members to Pick n Pay to buy a few items 26/10/2015. A packet of Grated cheese was one of the items. Upon her return I started preparing lunch. I noticed mold on the cheese and checked the expiry 24/10/20145. I tried to call the shop several times but with no answer. So I send my team member back with the cheese and a note on the slip for the manager. When my team member returned her word were \ here is your refund
