Mocked by staff!!
Terrible service. We had an incident where we were mocked and laughed at in the PicknPay Clothing in Cradlestone Mall on 20 Mrach 2020 around 16:00. We were three ladies shopping with our latex gloves amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. A male staff member sneezed on us and starting laughing. He removed his name tag when we wanted to see and ignored us when we asked his name. ALL staff laughed at us. We were shocked and felt emotionally harassed. I, personally, will never return to PicknPay Clothing or Cradlestone Mall.
