Mistreated by the door security their superviser and the store manager at my local pick&pay store

Just had the most horrible humiliating service ever at my local pick & pay in Soweto moletsane tsele's complex,I bought stuff that cost 2hundrend and sumthing and even asked for a cash back of R150 was with my child she's 6 and her friend almost the same age when I got to the paypoint I took out everything i had in basket to be scanned and to my knowledge everything was scanned my child asked for the packet of sweet which was one of the things I brought she asked me not to put them in a bag as I was packing for my self the scanned grocery coz she wanted to eat them with her friend sweet,when we got to the door I stop to give the security the slip to check she then said to me the sweet are not in the slip I rep**** by saying how so? she checked again and truly thy where not the I then asked the security lady that can I give the kid R10 rand quickly so that thy can pay for the sweet coz I told her that the cashier must have missed them coz I took out everything in the basket and put it in the scanning table she then said she has to call her supervisor to see the slip b4 I pay for the sweets ok I waiting for the supervisor then she came she also wanted me to wait as well while she was going to the office to get permission and I told them that am in a hurry can I just pay and leave thy refused holding my slip of the things I paid for expecting me to wait for them while thy where going to call other person and thy said it's procedure,then I left with my grocery bag and left the sweet and slip with the security lady and the supervisor walked away while I was approaching the complex Exit/enterence I was chased like a ***** by two other security and the supervisor thy wanted me to cum pay for the sweet now i said no it's fine u can keep the sweet coz am running late and I don't appreciate being chased like this thy had my shopping bag dragging me to cum back in the shop to pay for those sweets I was basically arrested by security ganged humiliating in from of people my child for a parked on f 10rand sweet I then went back to the store thy called Me to the office where I told the manager that I was not happy basically shaken that tym the supervisor told the manager wat happened I told him my side of the story then the manager told the supervisor to go check the ccvtv to see who is at fault me or the cashier and I was told that if am find that am at fault am going to pay the sweets 30rand I asked the security guy that how will I know that if the supervisor cums back saying it's my fault is true if thy don't allow me see the ccvtv as well cause she can came back simple saying it my fault while it was the cashier's fault he then said to me if I want to see the ccvtv I need to open a case first with the with the police,while was waiting for the response the manager then said ok I see that we have waisted too much of ur time it ok he then told the security guy to page the supervisor to cum back saying that it's fine thy sorry it's ok I can go without paying for the sweet I was so hurt while waiting the to be treated like this I even cried shaking just quite thinking that is this really happening to me at my local pick& pay where I usually shop almost every week I was shock still shaken even when am typing this
