MISTREATED BY PICK N PAY MANAGEMENT AND CASHIER

I'm very disappointed about Pick n Pay in killarney this is a shop were i do my everyday shopping there is a 3 separated pay point the fist one is for 5 items only the other one is for customers with more than 5 items the last one is for customers with more and bigger i tems when pays from othe 2 pay point i don't have a problem but when paying from the one with 5 item's i always have a problem but i have been quite for long time with ill treatment from the cashier firstly i was told that i must put my basket on top of the space for that was made specifically for putting the basket with items and when i tried to take them out she told me to leave it okay i did that because i thought that was the rules. Again another cashier told me to put the basket down and i mustn't put it ontop of the space that was made for putting that same basket and i must take out my items put them on top of the till after that they don't bother putting them in a plastic today i lost my temper when another cashier by the name of Koketso Seema told me that i must take out my thing and put them on top of the till while mus busket was in front of her face i went to speak to the manager in front a white guy that was not even helpful when i explained to him he said what is my problem because she's asking me to take out those things i told hime that i need to know the right thing to do i can't be always told different story he said the right thing is for me to take them out im very disappointed and upset about the way my issue was addressed he didn't even go speak to the cashier
