On Sunday i visited Pick n Pay Muizenberg. A second in-charge at the butcher department tried to assist after i asked for crush ice. He explained he need authorization from the store manager & i have told him i am willing to pay. Darryl Mc Lachlan was on the phone but the butcher guy still ask, Darryl did not even let the butcher guy finish talking until he SHOOK HIS HEAD AND POINTED TO THE FRIDGES (PROB THE 1 IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STORE).<br> Who respond to customers OR any other human being like that, Who shake their head & point... That is utterly disrespectful. I was extremely annoyed. AND HE DID NOT GREET, doesn't mean if you don't approve of the requirements of customers that you can actually respond with no respect.<br> i had another incident that took place the 13th January 2015 & Darryl was also on duty.
