Missing Smart Shopper Points
I noticed the beginning of January 2018 that most of my smart shopper points (I had more than R500) is gone. I have not redeemed any points during this time. I immediately spoke to a pock n pay staff member at the Brackenfell Hyper Market brance who advice me to contact the call centre.
Well, getting through to the call centre consultants is impossible. I tried numerous times without any success. Then to desided to rather stop wasting my time and sent them an email on the 10th and 16th. As of today i have not received ANY feedback from pick n pay as to way my point are gone.
I have not received an email or a sms that my points will expire- thus no notification was sent to me.
I am very upset as the biggest reason i shop at Pick n pay is to earn smart shopper points.
If this is how they treat their loyal customers i will rather take my business elsewhere.

Kindly note Smart Shopper points are valid for 12 months from the time they’re earned. The best way not to lose your PnP rewards is to make sure you spend them from time to time. We always use your oldest points first so use your points to save even more on every day shopping or treat yourself to something special. You can switch points on the app or via the kiosk.
We are sorry you didn't receive the communication that points are valid for 12 months from earning date via our emails or on till slips.
We are pleased to inform you that your points were re-instated on the 22/01/2018.
