Missing Smart Shopper Points
I have lodged a complaint before in August 2014. I was assured that my shopper points are still available even if they are not showing on my slip. On Sunday 8 February I wanted to use them and I was told that they can not see it on the system and that I only have 78.70 available. Where is the rest that was on there gone to. Please send me an official document or voucher that i can use. Not just a screenshot of you computer like last year. Marise Brown rep**** on the complaint. My latest slip states that I have 7870 points R78.70. Please fix this. The tellers says there no money on that smart shopper.
