Missing Smart Shopper Points

Please can someone at Pick n Pay help track down my missing Smart Shopper points for our online shopping in January and February 2023. The points reflect on the invoice but has not been allocated to the smart shopper card!

I’ve phoned customer care on a number of occasion and have been given the run around and no one is helping.

We’ve also emailed Pick n Pay on numerous occasions and gone into Pick n Pay stores to find help. But help and the missing points are not forthcoming.
