Missing order/ worst delivery service

I received notification on the App that my order could not be delivered, and that the balance will be credited to me.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT DELIVERED AND NO AMOUNTS HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO ME. I tried to contact the driver and ask where this was delivered to as I did not receive this order. Please note this is the third time this has happened. I will no longer be using these services.

The customer service is completely useless as I logged this query about 7 times to date and no assistance is provided. My address was confirmed and nothing thereafter.
