Missing Order

I'm very disappointed in the level of service I have received from pick n pay. Made an order yesterday and was promised that it would be delivered between 7pm-8pm. At 8:50pm I received an email saying that the order has left the shop. When I checked on my app it said order has been delivered. This morning I called countless times to query this and no one gave me a straight answer. I called in again this afternoon and was only advised that order has been canceled and my money was already taken. I am so disappointed and I don't think I will ever use their services again.
