missing items upon delivery
I ordered on the app. I only received a couple of items from my order! Most of it was missing. The driver informed me that that's all they had given him to deliver. I have called multiple times to resolve the issue but when they put me on hold the phone cuts off. I then used the chat to us option and when they respond they respond with this case is closed. I then emailed them and i am yet to received a response . My order came to R1700 . This is unacceptable service for such a big chain! I will not use your app every again. I have never had this happen on the checkers60 app
