Missing items still not resolved
I bought groceries on the Bottles app which was supposed to be meant for convenience but has always proved to be a disaster every single time I order. I have had so many complaints previously around missing items or stuff not delivered and yet I still gave them a chance to redeem themselves only to be disappointed AGAIN. I ordered groceries on the 28th of June and to date I still haven't had assistance on the missing items or wrong items sent. I'm so disappointed in Pick 'n Pay, last month some of the stuff were spoilt. This is so disappointing. You'll never find this on Checkers60 and woolworths and this has just been proof that I need to cut my losses with Pick 'n Pay and find what works for me.

08 Jul 2021, 12:13To date I still haven't had back from Pick 'n Pay. I can't say that I'm surprised. Can I please have my money back and Pick 'n Pay to come collect the missing groceries they sent to me, what an inconvenience! I'm utterly disappointed
