MISSING ITEMS ON ORDER

i placed an order on the 6th Feb thru the ASAP app, one of the items was not delivered. i called the care centre and was adv that the issue will be looked into and i might get a refund. i told her tha i do not want a refund- i need the missing item to be delivered to me. she told me that the order will be less than the min required- HOW IS THAT MY PROBLEM WHEN THE ERROR IS ON THEIR SIDE???? TODAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM Nicole Downey- she refunded 59.99 into my wallet. i responded to her emails with 2 options and a time-frame; havent heard from her since!!!!!!
