Missing items not refunded
I ordered from PNP ASAP yesterday. 2 x Magnum ice creams were not delivered. No credit received. Please assist

Please be advised that your refund of R 75.98 for order ***0 has been credited to your ASAP wallet. Please note, you can use the wallet credit on your next order purchase. Alternatively, you can EFT the funds to your bank account by logging into the app and by clicking on the "account" option in the bottom right corner on the app.
From here you will click "My card & wallet" and it should redirect you to a screen that looks like the example below.
Select "Payout" in order to transfer your credit into your bank account.
Kindly note that refunds do take up to 3-10 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) when transferring to your bank account. Once again, please accept our sincerest apologies for the frustration caused to you.
