Missing items, lying about it and not refunding money!

My 2nd order using this app, 4 items missing but on the app it says all items there and packet and ready to send. I received the order, and once unpacked had 4 items missing. Sent a support message and over 2 hours later get a reply saying oh store said they had no stock, even though on the app said all good, so who is lying, guess the support person just made up a lie and nonsense, say I will get paid in 7 days, so I must pay for this mistake on their side, and then upon viewing other reviews saw nobody gets a refund, some are waiting 1-2 months and still nothing. I will not recommend this app, rather use Checkers they actually care and help not like this lying nonsense, guess being sold to PnP means you have made it so who cares, all about the Benjamins right? Well sadly no and now I will make sure to share this with everyone I can so you feel it where it counts in the pocket. You should be ashamed especially in this pandemic climate service is everything and this is atrocious. So sad, had so much promise and then nothing and only at the second order, just check other sites for reviews and mine is so similar. Lets see what lies and nonsense comes from me posting these reviews! I am thinking this is a matter for the CGSO to deal with cause it sounds like they basically *****ing money now!
