Missing items and Out of stock

After my last order with Pick N Pay. I sent a complaint on Hello and a lady called Violet called me to apologise and I decided that today I will give Pick N Pay ASAP another chance.

My Order #*** which was delivered on (06 February 2022) was incompleted. You did not deliver the No Name French Polony 2kg and the only item which was out of stock was 2 x Nutriday Low Fat Fruit ****tail Yoghurt 1kg. Please also check my last order. I tried to order the double yogurg special and again it's out of stock. Why don't you guys just remove those items from the list.

Please bear in mind that it wasn't the driver this time because the packages were fully closed.

How many mistakes do you guys make within a day.
