Missing items after paying full amount
Just used picknpay asap while in the store at Langeberg Mall Mossel Bay. I ordered and paid for items i saw on the rack. It never said there are no stock on certain items nor did it deduct the missing items amounts. It ket me pay for everything. The money went out of my account, but now I have to wait 3 to 5 working days for a refund for their failure. That's bad for business. I will share my experience on facebook too.
