Missing item, Online shopping is a **** with Pick n pay
28 May 2025 Bought groceries online and collected from the store cnr Republic road and William Nicol drive, Sandton. When I got home I was missing an item. Next day I called and they promised to refund me, to this day 26 June 2025 nothing from them. I guess caring for customers is whole pretense.

29 Jul 2025, 21:33To this day no contact has been made from Pick n pay as promised. It's almost a month since I have written this review and it's still not addressed. "As soon as possible" as they said but it doesn't have the same urgency as it should. To say I am disappointed will be an understatement. There is absolutely no value to customer.
