MISSING ITEM ONLINE PICK N PAY QUALI SAVE

My order was missing a bottle of gin. Pick n Pay Quali save in Mega City Mafikeng failed to rectify and refund me or give me my bottle of gin. I placed an order Saturday 28 October, today is the 31st October and no one not even the Mr. D app could assist me! I will never shop at pick n pay mafikeng (mega city) again. The manager even said there are no cameras facing the person who was packing my groceries. I will continue complaining until I get what I paid for with my hard earned money!
