Missing item on asap Order

Bought some items from pick n pay asap app at 12:38pm on the 29 October 2023 and it said my order will be delivered at 2pm to 2:30pm which did not. I had to contact customer service via whatsapp to ask where my order was and only after my order was delivered which was 16:26pm and that's when I saw that 1 item on my order was missing. I've been sending messages to customer service ever since and everyday they are escalating. Pick n pay dobsonville mall is where my order was from, I'm so dissapointed with them and asap customer service. It's ridiculous the amount of time I must spend fighting for an item I bought less than R50.00
