Missing item and a Packet of rotten apples!!!

A bag of rotten apples!!

With every order I make, I always end up complaining. Firstly, the packet of sweets I ordered was not delivered. Secondly, I received a whole packet of rotten apples. This app is supposed to be convenient, but the staff's lack of attention to detail will attract a lot of complains. How do they pack rotten apples????
