Missing delivery

I ordered for a delivery on the 24th February, I sent a request to have the order delivered late afternoon as I was attending a funeral. The order was made at 09h09 the morning and indicated it will be delivered by 10h00. To my surprise no delivery and the time kept on going later during the morning. I had to leave at 10h30 but waited until 10h45 and still nothing. I called several times and even requested a call back as I waited ages for a consultant. When I was done at the funeral I saw missed calls and showed that my order was delivered. I received a call the next day. Stating they are going to investigate the matter and will revert back to me via email. I have still not received any communication back.
