Misrepresentation of sherwood gardens self catering

This accommodation is in 04 lower kildare Crescent in fish hoek. They misrepresented the accommodation, does not have coffee machine, they tell you to park your car in the street. The bed it's a wood with little sticks, that have a noise when sleep. If you made any complaint to the owner, as he is staying there with his family, he just responded as this is what you paid for. He is so rude.

Try to ask about proper bedding like sheets in the bed, mop as it was wet after I bath, his responce was, this is what you paid for. I decided to cancel my reservation and finish my stay in another place, and he refused to refund, the remaining days that I didn't stay there because of his fault. That is not safe of my car, bed.
