Mispack always
They don't deserve any star. I'm very disappointed with pnp asap as always. They service is pathetic and veeery bad. Yesterday I placed an order and then they mispacked my 10kg rice which I was suppose to cook yesterday for supper and 6*1ltr milk imagine mispacking big things like this. I'm so Meaning they very bad and careless,I'm so ****ed. I no longer use their service instead I'm using mrD,so the reason I used them yesterday it's because I wanted to use my smart shopper points and a voucher which I couldn't use on mrD. I called the store and no 1 was willing to help at all as if this was my fault. I email their customer service up until now no respond. This people they have my money and I don't have my items. I want my money stupid pnp asap Daveyton
