misleading public with expired ad

I bought a dishwasher. The advert says that it includes a free finish water saving pack. The day I bought it, the sales lady said I must call the call centre and they will load it on the card. I did so, the call centre directed me to the store. The lady at the store sent me an expired pamphlet to apply. It expired nine days before the promotion end date. I told her it’s expired and she said they can do nothing. Why mislead the public by advertising expired stuff? And not keeping your promises? You people made me run from pillar to post for this item. I’m so disappointed, after buying a R8000 item, this is how you treat a customer?
