Misleading promotions

Dear pick n pay, send you a private message first on X (twitter) but you didn't respond. I went to your store in vredenburg yesterday and your 5k chicken was marked at 189.99 for your brand or the golden chicken IQF chicken. I decided to buy the IQF today but to my surprise getting home and realizing I was charged 249.99 for one IQF 5kg chicken and I bought 2. So I'm not happy about your advertising because it appears to be false. I'm not happy at all about this matter and your in store advertising, it's misleading. It's so disappointing because I buy my monthly groceries at your store, so am I suppose to go back there again after the trust has been broken like this? I'm not happy at all.
