Misleading promotion and rude teller.

11:30 this morning, I went to pick n pay wonderpark to purchase a promotion that I saw in store for cooking oil 2l x3 for R110. I took the items to express tills number 5 ( 1st till on the last rows of the express tills). I was assisted by an old woman wearing a black suede doek. The cooking oils did not amount to the amount I saw on the promotion and I asked her why because I saw a promotion which I took a picture of. She told me that : 1. She is not the one who puts the prices there so I should not question her. 2. Told me to do my own calculations. 3. She stoop up and told me that I should not talk the way I want (I assume question prices is a problem to her). She called a white gentleman to come and he told me that it is a combo which includes one cooking oil, one cake flour and another. My question is, do you lack basic marketing and communication skills as a store? The pricing on the items do not say combo. The R110 price is on top on the cooking oils and doesn't specify what it is for. So we need to assume that the price speaks to the combo ourselves? Lastly, I do not even want to comment about the rudeness of your cashiers. Its a lost case this one. Wonderpark branch is beyond pathetic and your service is disheartening. This is the last straw for me, I will never shop in your store ever again. There is woolworths and checkers at out service. Your cashiers a ba na mekgwa I could not argue with her because she is old and I kept my cool.
