Misleading, ***** Pricing, Terrible Customer Service

During the Black Friday Sale, I purchased a variety items. When I got home and checked the slip, I saw that the items were charged at different prices. E.g. coffee was purchased, three were charged at the sale price and three were charged at the regular price. This was the same for almost all of the products purchased. No where was it indicated that the first x amount would be charged at sale price and the remainder at normal price. Further, this did not apply uniformly across all sale items. Some products that were marked down were all charged at the sale price. This is basically *****ulent/misleading, not to make the customer aware that the price advertised only app**** to x number of items. I returned to the store the next day and spoke to the manager, Nontobeko Tshabalala. Right from the start she was rude and arrogant, arguing about how there was nothing wrong, for everything she had an excuse which contradicted what she had just said. She refused to correct the pricing, insisting that we return everything. Going even further stating that she can prevent me from purchasing the items I purchased the day before, does this make any sense? Botha tried to help, then she immediately called him in for a meeting. Where’s the customer service PnP, Hyde Park was one of the best branches in Johannesburg.
