Misleading Prices

Incorrectly priced items is becoming a norm at PnP Mulbarton. Today at 19:00,I bought 2 items that were incorrectly priced
The worst was the Nevea pampering oil that had a price of R28 on the shelf and it scanned R42.I waited 20 minutes to be told that I needed to pay the prices it scanned.I refused to pay the R42 and the manager had the nerve to say take it or leave it and bluntly said that she will not give me the item at the price on the shelf.I asked why was there no price for the2 items I bought she said she doesn't know I must ask the people who pack the items. When I said I'm going to lodge a formal complaint she didn't look like she cared. I buy from that pick and pay daily and pricing is always an issue
Even the tellers don't care.I'm really disappointed with the service. They refused to give me the item at the price on the shelf and bieng told to take it or leave it without even showing signs of empathy is also not fair. What happened to customer service. At least care enough to get the right price on the shelf
As a manager Christi Rabe handled the situation badly and should have handled the situation professionally, I felt really offended by her actions.
