Misleading and false advertising

I won a competition on Facebook about 2 month ago. They ran a competitionwhere by you can win 1 of Xbox S series plus R1000 Roblox voucher. They notified me via messenger that I won the prize and have been in contact put still have not received anything but pathetic service from who ever is in your marketing department that deals with competition on social media. I believe it's false advertising and misleading to consumers when you running competitions on social media. The adds is still there yet I still haven't received any positive feedback.
