Misleading adverti*****t on specials at PnP in Musgrave, Durban

I went to the Pick n Pay store at Musgrave in Durban to buy something for lunch and saw a special of 2 pies for R38 but I after I had paid I realized I had paid the normal price for the pies, only then was I told that the special only applies if you have a PnP smart card but that is not indicated on the adverti*****t at the store. This is the reason I do not normally shop at PnP, the service is becoming poorer an poorer each time I go there, especially the PnP at Musgrave. Other stores like Checkers and Spar have clear adverti*****ts on their specials inside the store I don't what would have been so hard for PnP to include all details in their adverti*****t that the special is only applicable if you have a smart card. Had I known that the special only applies to smart card holders, I would have taken the 5 minute walk to go get my smart card from my car because in these difficult times we're living in I am trying to save as much money as I can.
