Misleading Adverti*****t and Old Food

Yesterday I bought the R15.99 Russian and chips from PnP Festival mall for my friend, one the add was misleading as what was advertised was not what she received, the advert shows a decent plate of chips with a Russian, what she got was about 5 old oily chips and an off tasting Russian (not fresh) We have the photo to show, she consumed the food and about 2 hours later started to have stomach cramps and vomiting, this morning same happened. This is disgusting and unacceptable Pick n Pay Festival mall Kempton Park! please Refund me to my wallet and add some compensation for this horrible experience!!!
